The detailed quotation issued by HomeDen Interior Firm shall form an integral part of the project agreement. Both HomeDen Interior Firm and the client agree to be bound by the quotation, approved designs, payment schedule and the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Project Initiation
- The project will commence only after HomeDen receives the agreed initial token advance.
- Necessary drawings and designs, including available 2D or 3D designs, will be shared with the client for approval before the relevant execution work begins.
- Work will be scheduled subject to confirmation of the quotation, scope, materials, site readiness and payment terms.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made in stages according to the agreed quotation or payment schedule.
- A delay in payment may result in the project being placed on hold or the delivery date being revised.
- Procurement, production or installation may be scheduled only after the corresponding payment stage is completed.
- Final handover will take place only after full and final payment has been received.
3. Design Approval and Changes
- The client must review and approve drawings, measurements, finishes, colours, materials and design details before execution.
- Once a design has been finalised and approved, major changes will not be included without additional cost.
- Changes requested after procurement, manufacturing or execution begins may increase the project cost and extend the project timeline.
- Any revised work will proceed after the revised cost and timeline are accepted by the client.
4. Materials and Workmanship Warranty
- HomeDen provides a 20-year warranty for eligible kitchen modular woodwork.
- HomeDen provides a 10-year warranty for eligible other modular woodwork.
- Warranty coverage is subject to the material, product, hardware and scope specified in the final quotation and warranty document.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification, improper maintenance, pest infestation, excessive moisture, water leakage, water seepage, structural movement, electrical faults, accidents, natural wear and tear or events beyond HomeDen’s control.
- Third-party appliances, accessories, hardware or branded products may be governed by the respective manufacturer’s warranty.
5. Project Timeline
- An estimated project timeline will be communicated during quotation or agreement finalisation.
- The timeline begins after receipt of the required advance, final design approval, site readiness and necessary client information.
- The estimated completion date may change because of site conditions, material availability, payment delays, approval delays, third-party work or changes requested by the client.
- Timelines may also be affected when civil, electrical, plumbing or other work managed by another party is incomplete.
6. Site Conditions and Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide reasonable access to the project site during agreed working hours.
- The client is responsible for disclosing known structural, water-seepage, electrical, plumbing or site-access issues.
- Electricity, water and other basic facilities reasonably required for execution should be available at the site.
- Work affected by hidden site conditions may require a revised quotation and timeline.
7. Force Majeure
HomeDen Interior Firm will not be held responsible for delays, non-performance or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural calamities, floods, fires, government restrictions, lockdowns, strikes, transport disruption, supply-chain interruption, epidemics or pandemics.
8. Ownership of Designs
- Drawings, concepts, plans, renders and design materials prepared by HomeDen remain the intellectual property of HomeDen Interior Firm unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Designs must not be reproduced, transferred, commercially used or executed through another provider without written approval from HomeDen.
9. Cancellation Policy
- When a project is cancelled after design finalisation, the client must pay for completed design work, measurements, consultations, labour, services and materials already ordered.
- The token advance becomes non-refundable once design, procurement, manufacturing or execution work has commenced.
- Custom-made or specially ordered materials cannot normally be cancelled or returned.
- Any refundable balance, when applicable, will be calculated after deducting completed work, committed expenses and applicable charges.
10. Quotation and Scope
- The project includes only the work, quantities, specifications and materials stated in the approved quotation.
- Work not mentioned in the quotation will be treated as additional work and charged separately.
- Measurements and quantities may be adjusted after final site verification.
11. Acceptance
Payment of the token advance, written approval of the quotation, approval through email or messaging, or authorisation to begin work will be treated as the client’s acceptance of the agreed quotation and these terms and conditions.
