  • Stage II – Design Approval – Payable upon finalization of 3D designs, material selection, and space planning.
  • You pay 15% MILESTONE

  • Execution –Start of Site Execution – To begin civil, carpentry, and electrical works on-site.
  • You pay 30% MILESTONE

Move-In Procedure
  • Move In – Final Stage / Handover – After finishing, polishing, fittings, and complete handover.
  • You pay 15% MILESTONE

Terms & Conditions

  • Project Initiation

    The project will commence only upon receiving the initial token advance as agreed. All necessary drawings and designs (2D/3D) will be shared for client approval before execution begins.

  • Payment Terms

    Payments must be made in stages as per the agreed schedule. Delays in payment may result in project hold or delayed delivery. Final handover will be done only after full and final payment is received.

  • Design Approval

    Once the design is finalized and approved by the client, no major changes will be entertained without cost implications. Additional changes after execution begins may affect project cost and timelines.

  • Material & Workmanship Warranty

    We provide a 10-year warranty on structural and modular work (such as wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, etc.). Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, water seepage, or natural wear and tear.

  • Cancellation Policy

    In case of project cancellation after design finalization, the client shall pay for completed work, designs, and any material ordered. Token advance is non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Ownership of Work

    All designs and plans remain the intellectual property of Home Den Interior Firm unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Force Majeure

    Home Den Interior Firm shall not be held liable for any delays or damages caused due to events beyond control such as natural calamities, lockdowns, strikes, or pandemics.

  • Project Timeline

    Estimated project timeline will be shared at the time of agreement. Timeline may vary due to unforeseen site conditions, material availability, or changes requested by the client.
